2. TO ANSWER BASIC PROFILING DATA AND FILLING UP REQUIRED FIELDS.This will also serve as demographic mapping. Information on gender, city/regional origin, host country, work category etc. POEA reserves to use said data for profiling purposes and survey.
3. LIMIT OF USE FOR OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT CONCERN. This will ensure that only legitimate inquiries and complaints should be submitted to the website and not to ventilate other concerns not related to overseas employment.
4. NOT A SUBSTITUTE VALID COMPLAINT "DEEMED AS FILED" BEFORE THE POEA'S DOCKET AND ENFORCEMENT DIVISION. Complaints submitted to this site is NOT a substitute valid complaint "deemed as filed" before the POEA. Complaints to be valid, still should be subscribed under oath before the POEA's Legal Assistance Division, except in cases, where this Administration have taken motu proprio investigation of said cases.
